Most platforms take a cut of every euro an operator earns. As brands grow, that share becomes one of their biggest costs, and the case for owning the stack gets stronger.
Each newly regulated market brings its own rules on data residency, responsible gaming and reporting. Single-tenant deployment makes those rules far easier to meet.
Operators want real-time access to their own player, payments and game data for BI, CRM and AI, not monthly vendor reports.
Putting AI to work on player data needs control over where that data lives. A platform on the operator's own stack makes that possible.
Business model
We sell ownership, not a percentage. Self-hosted clients pay a one-off installation fee, then choose from recurring services. White label, turnkey and fully managed options bring in operators at every stage and give them a path to owning their stack.
